I was looking for a home and through Zillow an agent called but did not call me back when he said he would or ever again. I was discouraged until I received a call from Stephanie (on her bday) to see if I spoke with an agent yet. I explained what happened with the one call and she was happy to help from there. I sent her a long list of homes in Stockton and Modesto that I saw listed and she immediately got back to me with the details on each home. Huge benefit she is very knowledgeable of neighborhoods in Stockton. She scheduled a list of homes for me to see the same day as her daughter's bday party. She is definitely DEDICATED and COMMITTED!!! Stephanie was very aware of my needs and wants as well as the inventory availability. She made sure to communicate everything promptly. However, I became overwhelmed and took a break. After a few months, I reached back out to Stephanie and she was just as eager to help me as she was the first day I spoke to her. Stephanie immediately emailed listings of homes that she knew I would be interested in. A few days later, we discussed homes for me to see. Late on a Friday night, Stephanie saw a new listing that she knew I would love. We decided to include that on our list of homes to see the next day if possible. Unfortunately, all of the homes I wanted to see were not giving anymore appointments for showings. She was able to squeeze me in on Sunday for the new listing. She met me at the home and we did a walk through of the house. She was right! I loved the home and knew it would be perfect for me. I told Stephanie that was it. I wanted to put an offer in. That Tuesday we opened escrow. Stephanie did an AMAZING job!!! From what seemed like a forever process, she executed it within a few days. It was important that she not only knew what I was looking for but she understood me. She is professional and compassionate. I trusted her and she made this home purchasing journey a joy.
